TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCE
 
WE SE7 IT & VINTAGE CASCAIS RUGBY through the High Quality Festivals of the previous years are very proud to organize and welcoming you to the:
 
1st EVRA EUROPEAN FESTIVAL, Cascais 2011
Portugal
7th - 10th September 2011
 
The Tournament will take place in the beautiful Village of Cascais.

The Good News is that There is No Maximum Number of Participant Teams. And We assure the Fantastic Hospitality and Familiar Atmosphere that characterized the previous years (video here).

 
FORMAT (provisional)
 
- Wednesday (7th September 2011):
      Evening: Welcome Cocktail (Players and Followers invited)
 
- Thursday (8th September 2011):
      All Day: Matches
      
- Friday (9th September 2011):
      All Day: Golf Tournament / Regatta Day / other activities (or Free Day)      
- Saturday (10th September 2011):
      All Day: Matches
      Night: Closing Gala Dinner & Mega Party (Players and Followers are VIP)

RULES
Standard XV rugby rules including usual veteran modifications (age of 35 or more, no push in scrums, no kicking outside 22m zone and no lifting in lineout).
 
The participant Teams will be updated with the Agenda (also available here).
One thing is sure - Everyone will leave Cascais saying Count us in next Year!
 

LIABILITIES

 
All participants must respect rules and regulations of the Event for the games as well as laws and regulations valid in Cascais and Portugal. Every team and individual undertakes to be sufficiently insured for injury, damages, loss, etc., and any other eventuality resulting from their participation in the Event or from their stay in Portugal, either during the games or at any other event organised whether part of the Event Package or an optional programme. Organising Committee and any persons involved in the organisation of the Event will not be liable for any injuries, illness, loss, theft, damages or other arising from their participation in the Event or during their stay. All participants fully agree with these Terms of Conditions and oblige to respect and keep them.
 
APPLICATIONS (dead line 15th June 2011)
 
1. Each invited Team should reply to the Organization / WE SE7 IT within the shortest period as possible, due to a first come, first served policy, for the participation at the Regatta or Golf Tournament. And to benefit from the SPECIAL DISCOUNTS till 15th February 2011.
 
2. There will be a Special Discount for Applications (download here) before 15th February.
 
3. As a first procedure, the responsible of the team should CONTACT (Click here) the  Organization / WE SE7 IT.
 
4. From that moment, some other details and information concerning the Tournament will be asked to update (names of players, attendance to closing dinner, accommodation needing, number of followers, etc.) with the respective dead lines to accomplish.
 

ACCOMMODATION

 
WE SE7 IT, as an Events and Sports Tours specialist, is the official Travel Partner of the Tournament. We will help all the participants to find the best accommodation solutions within the range of Hotels we work with.
 
 

We are able to provide a wide range of activities for the group. From Golf to Water Sports or historic and gastronomic tours.
